& payment policy

We require a deposit of 50%, due when you make your booking (non-refundable within 30 days of arrival).

The remaining 50% to be paid 30 days before your arrival date.

Payment is usually requested in Euros.

For a 2% fee, payment can be made in GBP £, US $ or Aus $.

Once final payment is made, no refunds can be issued; however, we will offer you a voucher to be used against a future booking, or you can transfer your booking to an alternative date for special reasons as long as it is 14 days before your arrival date.

We suggest that visitors ensure they have adequate insurance cover.
